WE’RE HIRING — SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN Parkar & Associates | Dehradun

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Draftsman who can independently handle architectural drawings from design development through working drawings and site execution.

Key Responsibilities - Prepare accurate architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.

- Develop construction and execution drawings with proper dimensions, levels, annotations and specifications.
- Prepare toilet, kitchen, staircase, flooring, ceiling, door-window and other architectural details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultant drawings.
- Identify drawing conflicts and resolve coordination issues before drawings are issued to site.
- Incorporate architect/client revisions accurately while maintaining drawing control.
- Prepare sanction/submission drawings when required.
- Maintain proper drawing sheets, numbering, revisions and project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, junior draftsmen and site teams.
- Review junior draftsmen's drawings and help maintain office drawing standards.
- Understand site conditions and translate design intent into practical construction drawings.

Required Skills - Strong command of AutoCAD.





- Excellent understanding of architectural drawings, construction details and building execution.
- Ability to read and coordinate structural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of building materials, dimensions, levels and construction terminology.
- Solid attention to detail and drawing accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality or institutional projects will be preferred.

Experience Minimum 3+ years of relevant architectural drafting / working drawing experience preferred.

Location: Dehradun Position: Full-time, Office-based We are looking for someone who takes ownership of drawings, understands how buildings are actually constructed, and can take a project from an architect's concept to a clear, coordinated and execution-ready drawing set.
