Job OverviewEntrepot Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team, manage multiple client campaigns, and drive measurable business results.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance marketing, client management, and team leadership. The candidate must be capable of independently managing client campaigns, analyzing performance, developing strategies, and guiding the digital marketing team.

Roles &

• ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Team Management

- Lead, manage, and coordinate the digital marketing team.
- Assign tasks and monitor team performance and productivity.
- Guide team members on campaign execution, optimization, and client requirements.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and maintain quality standards.
- Review team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Meta Ads & • Google Ads Management
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients.
- Develop performance marketing strategies for lead generation, sales, and conversions.
- Manage and monitor client advertising budgets.
- Track CPL, CPA, ROAS,



conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Optimize targeting, bidding, budgets, placements, and campaign structures.
- Ensure proper conversion tracking, reporting, and campaign optimization.
- Analyze campaign data and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Client Management & • Coordination
- Manage relationships with multiple clients and understand their business objectives.
- Communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and recommendations clearly.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Conduct campaign performance discussions and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are completed on time.
- Maintain professional and long-term client relationships.

Digital Marketing Strategy & • Execution
- Develop and implement customized digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Oversee SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, lead generation, and performance marketing activities.
- Review campaign reports and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets.




- Research competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and advertising platform updates.

Required Skills & • Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
- Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
- Experience in managing and leading a digital marketing team.
- Excellent knowledge of campaign optimization, conversion tracking, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and execution.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, budgets, and team responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
