Role and Responsibilities:

- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

Qualification:





- Strong experience as a Full Stack Engineer building cloud native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architecture.
- Strong experience with AI-assisted developer tools such as GitLab Duo, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity, code quality, and development workflows.
- Proficient in developing and consuming REST APIs, with hands on experience in CI/CD, Git, SonarQube, and Wiz.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and scalable system design.
- Build features across UI, APIs, and data layers using Java 21+, Spring Boot 3.x, Angular and React/Next.js, ensuring clean integration and adherence to standards.
- Ensure production ready, observable, and resilient releases, leveraging Kafka and API standards (OpenAPI/Type Spec).
- Design, develop, test, and deliver end to end full stack solutions with strong focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive definition of done, including unit/integration testing (JUnit 5, Cucumber BDD) and solid nonfunctional quality standards.
