About the Role
We are looking for experienced Denial Analysts who can independently manage US healthcare denial workflows and take ownership of live production work with minimal process training.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong denial expertise, analytical thinking, excellent English communication and the ability to independently identify and resolve claim issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve US healthcare claim denials.
- Review EOB/ERA, CARC/RARC and payer responses.
- Identify denial root causes and determine appropriate resolution.
- Work on claim correction, resubmission, appeals and reconsiderations as applicable.
- Identify trends and recurring denial patterns.
- Perform RCA and recommend preventive actions.
- Prioritize high-value, aging and time-sensitive accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Prepare denial reports and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in client discussions and explain denial trends, actions and recovery status.
- Escalate complex or recurring issues with appropriate analysis and supporting information.
- Meet productivity,
quality, accuracy and turnaround-time expectations.
Must-Have Requirements ✅ 2–5+ years of hands-on US Healthcare RCM / Denial Management experience
✅ Strong knowledge of denial management and AR processes
✅ Good understanding of EOB/ERA, CARC/RARC and payer responses
✅ Ability to communicate professionally with US clients/stakeholders
✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
✅ Good Excel/reporting skills
✅ Willingness to work in US shifts
✅ Immediate / short-notice joining preferred
