We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist with strong expertise in R programming and applied statistics to take ownership of complex analytical models, enhance existing algorithms, and build new predictive solutions.

? What we’re looking for:

• Expert-level R programming – tidyverse, data.table & statistical packages

• Robust statistical modeling – Regression, Hypothesis Testing, Time Series, Bayesian/Mixed-Effects Models

• Experience analyzing & improving existing algorithms/model codebases

• Strong predictive modeling & feature engineering experience

• Ability to refactor R code into production-ready solutions

- 5+ years of relevant Data Science / Statistical Modeling experience
- Master’s/Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field

⭐ Good to have: R Shiny / Plumber, Docker, AWS/Azure/GCP, Python, SQL and Banking/Financial Services experience.
