Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Modeler to lead the design and optimization of our enterprise data architecture within the IT Services sector. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into robust data structures that support advanced analytics and reporting initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and governance across the organization, directly contributing to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Architect and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models utilizing dimensional techniques such as Star Schema, Snowflake, and Data Vault methodologies.
- Oversee comprehensive data governance frameworks to ensure metadata accuracy, manage data lineage, and uphold high standards of data quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data requirements and implement scalable modeling solutions.
- Utilize industry-standard tools like Erwin, IBM InfoSphere, SAP PowerDesigner, or ER/Studio to create and document detailed data specifications.




- Enable self-service analytics by designing productive data structures compatible with visualization platforms including Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
- Monitor and enhance data quality processes to minimize errors and ensure reliable data delivery for reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data modeling, data architecture, or related IT services roles.
- Proven proficiency in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Lineage tracking, and Data Quality assurance.
- Deep expertise in dimensional modeling approaches, specifically Star, Snowflake, and Data Vault architectures.
- Strong command of data modeling software such as Erwin, IBM InfoSphere, SAP PowerDesigner, or ER/Studio.
- Hands-on experience connecting data models to business intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ability to design and implement conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with organizational goals.
