- 5+ years in Data Testing for BI & Analytics with expertise in ETL, Data Warehouse, and BI validation

- Proficiency in ETL, Data Lake, and BI report/dashboard validation including test planning, data reconciliation, acceptance criteria definition, and defect triage.

- Prior experience in Telecom OSS/BSS SIT environments preferred

- Experience in Test Planning / Strategy, and Daily Status Reporting (DSR)

- Experience with test management and defect management tools - JIRA, Octane

- Basic knowledge on AI / Generative AI concepts, principles, tools, LLM models

- Experience in executing Agile and Waterfall projects

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and external telecom stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES

- Plan and execute test scenarios for data reconciliation, migration validation, and BI report/dashboard accuracy; review data models, ETL workflows, and API specs; manage defect triage and regression cycles.

- Analyse business requirements and data mapping specifications (BRDs, Data Models,



Source-to-Target Mappings, User Stories, Reports/Dashboards) to define comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.

- Review high-level and low-level data models, ETL workflows, API specifications, and business logic implementations to design test strategies ensuring accuracy, consistency.

- Test and validate the migrated data from an old platform to an upgraded platform and ensure the completeness and correctness of migration.

- Conduct test for migrated data and define test scenarios and test cases for the same.

- Validate the Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Governance frameworks, ensuring KPIs, metrics, and dashboards align with business expectations.

SKILLED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / B.Tech. / M.Tech. / MCA / MS in CS / IT

- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager certification preferred

- BI / Data Analytics certification preferred

- Telecom domain or OSS/BSS exposure certifications
