As a Senior Creative Designer you will work closely with Alienkind’s core creative team to develop strong visual ideas and design across campaigns and brand initiatives. You’ll collaborate from the initial brief and creative thinking through to visual direction and final execution across social, launches, events, digital campaigns and brand communication. We’re looking for someone with strong conceptual thinking, visual taste and the ability to turn ideas into distinctive design.

Someone who doesn’t just ask “How do I make this?”, but “What should this look like, and why?”

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the core creative team on creative concepts and visual directions.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into distinctive creative ideas.
- Develop campaign identities, visual systems, key visuals and design languages.
- Create design across social, launches, events, digital campaigns, brand communication and offline touchpoints.
- Develop concepts from the initial thought through final execution.
- Explore and present different creative routes based on a brief.
- Collaborate on visual direction and design execution across formats.
- Create design systems that remain recognisable while allowing experimentation.
- Work closely with creative, marketing, social, content, video and production teams.
- Identify cultural references, emerging aesthetics and visual trends that can be translated into the brand.
- Push beyond obvious or expected design solutions.




- Review and refine creative output with the team while maintaining a high visual standard.
- Support and guide junior designers through feedback, references and creative thinking.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably across consumer brands, agencies, F&B;, lifestyle, fashion,entertainment or social-first brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Figma.
- Strong command of typography, composition, colour, layout, art direction and visual storytelling.
- Strong conceptual thinking — able to develop the idea behind the design, not just execute the design.
- Ability to turn a vague thought into a clear visual direction.
- Excellent visual taste and solid reference-building ability.
- Understanding of social-first design, campaign design and contemporary visual culture.
- Comfortable contributing to creative discussions and explaining the thinking behind design decisions.
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects while collaborating closely with the core creative team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating conceptual depth, range, originality and execution quality.
