Role Description The Senior Counsellor role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore.

The Senior

Counsellor will guide prospective learners through program options, helping them understand course structures, career outcomes, and admission processes.

Responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions via phone and in person, addressing queries, and recommending suitable programs based on individual profiles and goals. The role involves managing leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless enrolment experience.

The Senior

Counsellor will also contribute to meeting enrolment targets, participate in outreach activities, and provide feedback to improve counselling processes and learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate educational pathways.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to build trust with diverse learners.
- Sales and target-oriented mindset, with experience in converting leads, handling objections, and managing end-to-end enrolment processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM and productivity tools, maintaining accurate records, and working efficiently with data and reports.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage high call volumes, and handle multiple counselling interactions in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in counselling, education, management, or related fields is an advantage.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or EdTech sales is highly beneficial.
- Strong ethical standards, learner-centric approach, and commitment to inclusivity and non-discriminatory practices.
