Someone who understands that good content isn't just about writing pretty words — it's about hooks, storytelling, positioning, pacing and knowing exactly what makes someone stop scrolling.

We're looking for someone who has written content that has actually performed and can show us the work.

What the role looks like →

· Writing reel scripts, captions, carousel copy and LinkedIn content for brands, founders and industry professionals

· Developing content that feels specific to the client's voice, not generic or AI-generated

· Studying a client's brand, audience, positioning and communication style — and translating that into content consistently

· Researching trending formats, hooks, storytelling structures and content patterns every week

· Turning one idea, project or insight into 3–5 robust content angles

· Creating and managing content calendars from ideation to execution

· Working closely with our creative, videography, editing and social media teams to ensure the idea survives all the way from script to final post

· Writing clear briefs for designers and editors and giving actionable feedback

· Ensuring content is delivered on time, with the right messaging, captions and CTAs

· Using AI tools intelligently to research, ideate, write, repurpose and build better content systems — without making the content sound like AI

· Building repeatable content systems and frameworks that help us create better content at scale

· Understanding visual storytelling and knowing how the script, edit, visuals, music and first 3 seconds work together

What you'll get to work on →

At Nuketown, you'll work across branding, social media, content production, photography, videography and campaigns for brands in spaces including interiors, architecture, furniture, décor, hospitality and premium lifestyle.

You'll be working with a team that handles content end-to-end, from strategy and planning to shoots, editing, posting and performance tracking.
