Role Description This is a full-time, Remote, Content Writer role based in India.

The Content

Writer will create clear, engaging, and accurate content for web pages, internal documents, client communications, and operational materials aligned with Silent Bureau’s brand voice and privacy-focused positioning. Daily responsibilities include researching complex topics related to private operations, asset management, mobility, and high-net-worth services, and translating them into accessible written materials. The role involves developing and refining content structures and narratives, collaborating with internal teams to gather information, and ensuring all content is consistent, precise, and compliant with confidentiality standards.

The Content

Writer will also review and update existing content, maintain style guidelines, and support special projects and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

- Develop high-quality content for Silent Bureau’s website, social media, blogs, newsletters, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create compelling content around luxury travel, private mobility, bespoke experiences, destinations, lifestyle,



and premium services.
- Develop destination guides, travel stories, experience-led articles, and editorial content for high-end audiences.
- Write website pages, service descriptions, landing pages, blog articles, brochures, company profiles, and promotional material.
- Create compelling social media copy, captions, campaign messaging, and short-form content.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and marketing team to develop content aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Conduct research on destinations, travel trends, luxury experiences, mobility, hospitality, and relevant market developments.
- Transform business concepts and service offerings into clear, engaging, and commercially effective content.
- Maintain a consistent Silent Bureau tone of voice across all communication channels.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
- Develop content themes and editorial calendars in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Support campaign development with creative concepts, taglines, headlines, and storytelling ideas.
- Ensure all content reflects Silent Bureau’s standards of privacy, discretion, sophistication, and professionalism.

Preferred Experience
- Experience writing for UHNI/HNI or private-client audiences.
- Experience in luxury travel, bespoke travel, private aviation, premium mobility, or concierge services.
- Experience developing destination and lifestyle content.
- Familiarity with luxury brand communication and editorial storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO tools and content management systems.
- Experience with email marketing, newsletters, brochures, and premium brand collateral.

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM

Location : Remote(India)

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
