NArka Advisors is looking for a tax professional to join our growing Tax & Regulatory team in Bengaluru (Jayanagar).

NRole: Senior Consultant – Corporate Tax

NLocation: Bengaluru (Jayanagar)

NWe're looking for someonewith strong experience in corporate income-tax compliance, advisory and litigation, who can take ownership of assignments, guide team members and work closely with clients.

NWhat you'll work on:

- Income-tax compliance review, including tax computations, income-tax returns, tax audit schedules and withholding-tax compliances
N
- Corporate tax advisory,including research and preparation of technical opinions
N
- Tax assessments and litigation support, including drafting submissions, appeals and responses to notices
N
- Valuation of shares andbusinesses
N
- Fundraising assistance,including tax due diligence, transaction structuring and review of transaction documents from a tax perspective
N
- Business restructuring and transaction-related advisory
N
- FEMA and related regulatory matters
N

nWhat we're lookingfor:

N

n




- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate taxation
N
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in income-tax compliance, advisory and litigation
N
- Ability to independently manage assignments, review deliverables and coordinate with clients
N
- Robust research, analytical and drafting skills
N
- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members
N
- Exposure to valuations,fundraising or transaction advisory would be an advantage
N
- Prior experience with aCA firm or tax consulting firm preferred
N
