Role & responsibilities

- Expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and S/4 Payroll implementation.

- Working knowledge of Employee Central (EC).

- Minimum 4 implementations, including India and Middle East Payroll.

- Solid understanding of Middle East Payroll.

- Experience in auditing at least 3 Payroll projects and 3 SAP Payroll support projects.

- Hands-on experience with PTP, BIB, EC-to-ECP replication and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge of ECP payroll posting to ECC FI/S/4HANA.

- Experience with Payroll Control Center, Off-Cycle/Ad Hoc Payroll, and payroll incident management.

- Payroll integration experience with HRIS, Time, Benefits and Finance.

- Experience in testing, client workshops and end-user testing.

- Strong project delivery, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interact with senior/customer management.

- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
