We're Hiring | Senior Consultant – Corporate Tax /n Arka Advisors is looking for a tax professional to join our growing Tax & Regulatory team in Bengaluru (Jayanagar). /n Role: Senior Consultant – Corporate Tax /n Location: Bengaluru (Jayanagar) /n We're looking for someone with strong experience in corporate income-tax compliance, advisory and litigation, who can take ownership of assignments, guide team members and work closely with clients. /n What you'll work on: /n /n

- Income-tax compliance review, including tax computations, income-tax returns, tax audit schedules and withholding-tax compliances

/n

- Corporate tax advisory, including research and preparation of technical opinions

/n

- Tax assessments and litigation support, including drafting submissions, appeals and responses to notices

/n

- Valuation of shares and businesses

/n

- Fundraising assistance, including tax due diligence, transaction structuring and review of transaction documents from a tax perspective

/n

- Business restructuring and transaction-related advisory

/n

- FEMA and related regulatory matters

/n /n What we're looking for: /n /n





- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate taxation

/n

- Robust technical knowledge and practical experience in income-tax compliance, advisory and litigation

/n

- Ability to independently manage assignments, review deliverables and coordinate with clients

/n

- Strong research, analytical and drafting skills

/n

- Ability to guide and mentor junior team members

/n

- Exposure to valuations, fundraising or transaction advisory would be an advantage

/n

- Prior experience with a CA firm or tax consulting firm preferred
