Your work profile

- Lead SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development initiatives across implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects within SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive, scalable, and user-centric SAP Fiori solutions.
- Design, develop, deploy, and support custom SAP Fiori, Freestyle SAPUI5, and Fiori Elements applications.
- Enhance and extend standard SAP Fiori applications to meet evolving business requirements and improve user experience.
- Configure and manage SAP Fiori Launchpad components, including catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, tiles, roles, and authorizations.
- Develop and consume OData Services and work extensively with SAP Gateway services to enable seamless frontend and backend integration.
- Design responsive, mobile-enabled, and user-friendly applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML Views, and JSON models.
- Prepare technical design documents, architecture documents, development standards, and deployment documentation.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers, functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, establish development best practices,



and ensure compliance with SAP UI/UX and development standards.
- Drive application performance optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution activities.
- Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support activities.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation, migration, and digital innovation programs.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across SAP Fiori initiatives.

Key Requirements

- 6-9 years of SAP technical experience with a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on SAP Fiori/UI5 development experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP Gateway, SAP Fiori Launchpad, and OData Services.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, XML Views, JSON, MVC architecture, and SAPUI5 development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience developing Custom SAP Fiori Applications, Freestyle SAPUI5 Applications, Fiori Elements Applications, and Standard App Extensions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, security roles, catalogs, spaces, pages, and authorization concepts.
- Experience integrating SAP Fiori applications with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Strong expertise in debugging, application optimization, troubleshooting,



and lifecycle management of SAPUI5 applications.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications and modern SAP UX architecture.
- Hands-on exposure to CDS Views, OData V2/V4, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model), and AMDP.
- Experience using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Web IDE, and contemporary SAP development tools.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, SAP Build Apps, SAP Build Work Zone, SAP Mobile Services, SAP Workflow Integration, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI) is highly desirable.
- Experience leading technical discussions, conducting solution reviews, and mentoring development teams.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working on SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, AMS, and transformation engagements.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 Certification is preferred.
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP S/4HANA, SAP Build, or related SAP certifications will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum, DevOps, SAP Activate methodologies, and CI/CD practices is desirable.
- Experience working across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Banking, Healthcare, Utilities, Automotive, or similar sectors will be an added advantage.
- Experience supporting global SAP rollouts, multinational clients, and large enterprise SAP landscapes is preferred.
