Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with architect-level experience to design, build, and scale robust web applications. The ideal candidate is hands-on with the MERN-style stack (Node.js, MongoDB, React/Angular/Vue) and has strong expertise in AWS cloud deployment and DevOps practices. You will own technical decisions end-to-end from system design to production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable full stack solutions

- Design system architecture, data models, and API contracts for new and existing products

- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express/NestJS)

- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines

- Develop responsive front-end applications using React / Angular / Vue (specify preference)

- Own AWS infrastructure: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFront, IAM

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

- Implement containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS/EKS/Kubernetes)

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior/mid-level developers

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders on technical feasibility

- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and high availability

- Drive technical decisions on monolith vs microservices, caching strategy, and system integrations

- Troubleshoot production issues and lead root-cause analysis

Key Responsibilities

Backend

- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js/NestJS

- RESTful API and/or GraphQL design and development





- Authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO)

Database

- Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation, indexing, replication/sharding)

- Familiarity with a relational DB (PostgreSQL/MySQL) is a plus

Frontend

- Proficiency in at least one modern UI framework: React.js / Angular / Vue.js

- State management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, Vuex)

- Responsive design, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript

Cloud & DevOps

- Strong experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC

- CI/CD pipeline setup and management

- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) preferred

- Docker & container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)

- Monitoring & logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Grafana)

- Proven experience designing system architecture for scalable applications

- Understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, message queues (SQS/Kafka/RabbitMQ)

- Strong grasp of design patterns, SOLID principles, and system design fundamentals

- Experience with performance tuning, load balancing, and caching (Redis)
