We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 10 years’ experience who can independently handle and monitor the progress of a construction site executed through an independent civil contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and report daily progress of work to the owners.
- Send site pictures daily showing progress and current activities.
- Maintain a record of progress, errors, and rectifications done at site.
- Maintain and monitor the payment schedule as per work completion.
- Oversee and report general site activities and manpower deployment.
- Ensure quality control — verify that all materials are used in proper proportions and as per specifications.
- Report any deviations, delays, or poor workmanship immediately.

- Robust technical background in civil construction.
- Capable of independent site handling, documentation, and reporting.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible professional.
