- 20+ years of overall experience with significant experience in Channel Sales, Distribution Sales and Sales Leadership
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading channel/distribution businesses
- Proven experience managing Pan-India distributor, dealer and reseller networks
- Solid track record of delivering significant revenue and profitability targets.
- Experience in IT Hardware, Printers, POS, AIDC, Scanners, Mobility, Electronics, Electricals,
- Office Automation or Technology Products preferred.
- Strong understanding of primary/secondary sales, sell-through, channel inventory, distribution
- economics and partner profitability
- Proven experience in distributor appointment, network expansion and channel development.
- Strong exposure to pricing, commercial negotiations, channel schemes, incentives and credit
- management
- Experience managing large sales teams and regional sales leaders.
