Key Responsibilities -

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Build and manage strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, healthcare institutions, and corporate clients.

Identify and close B2B hospital tie-ups, institutional partnerships, and strategic alliances.

Develop and maintain doctor referral networks and healthcare partner relationships.

Engage with hospital leadership, medical directors, CXOs, and other key decision-makers.

Identify recent business opportunities across Bangalore and other Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets.

Drive patient acquisition through hospital partnerships, referral channels, clinics, and other healthcare networks.

Develop and manage direct-to-clinic and direct-to-patient acquisition channels.

Lead channel sales initiatives and identify new revenue-generating partnerships.

Conduct regular market visits,



competitor analysis, and market mapping to identify growth opportunities.

Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation and relationship building to negotiation and closure.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business and revenue targets.

Prepare business proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations, and partnership agreements.

Work closely with operations, marketing, clinical, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of partnerships.

Monitor partner performance, revenue contribution, and overall business growth.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.

Represent the organization at healthcare events, conferences, meetings, and networking forums.

Travel extensively across Bangalore and other regional markets as required.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
