About the Role

KBS Group is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to drive B2B growth across its Steel Structural Detailing, Structural Engineering, and Engineering Services business.

You'll own the sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through proposals, negotiation, and closure, while building relationships with international clients and working closely with internal technical teams.

What You'll Do

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, referrals, and other B2B channels.
- Identify and engage contractors, fabricators, engineering firms, and construction companies.




- Own the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams on proposals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities toward closure.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM, tracking leads, opportunities, conversions, and revenue.

Who We're Looking For

- 2–10+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or International Sales.
- Experience in structural engineering, steel detailing, construction, fabrication, or engineering services is preferred.
- Experience with international clients, especially US/Canada markets, is an advantage.
- Proven ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
- Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and in a US shift workplace.

Compensation: INR 6–10 LPA total compensation
