- Educational Qualification:- Minimum eligibility is Graduate in any discipline. MBA/Marketing preferred.
- Experience:- 4-8 years of experience in business development, sales, key account management or client acquisition. Experience in Gems & Jewellery industry preferred.
- Industry to be hired from:- Gems & Jewellery, Laboratory Services, B2B Sales, Retail Jewellery, Luxury Products, Certification Services.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities across Delhi NCR and PAN India.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events and market research.
- Promote laboratory testing, grading and certification services.

2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain relationships with jewellers, manufacturers, exporters and retailers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and service demonstrations.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve assigned business development targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals.
- Convert leads into business opportunities.

4. Market Development

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the organization at trade shows and industry forums.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain CRM records and business reports.
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly activity reports.

Required Functional Knowledge:- Sales and business development principles, client acquisition, market research, CRM management, relationship management and revenue generation. Required Competencies:- Communication skills, negotiation, networking, customer focus, result orientation, teamwork, planning and presentation skills.
