We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive

Visakhapatnam | Full-time | US Shift

BluePlanIT Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Senior BDE to own the US sales pipeline — and to prove they can lead it.

This is a senior individual contributor role with a transparent next step. You'll run your own book, close your own deals, and take on progressively more of the sales function — mentoring newer BD hires, shaping outreach strategy, and improving how the team sells. Show us you can carry that weight, and the BD Manager seat is yours to take.

What You'll Do

Own your pipeline

- Run the full cycle for your accounts — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close
- Get to owners and decision-makers directly, and convert them
- Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Shape how we sell

- Bring new ideas to outreach — channels, sequences, messaging, positioning
- Test and refine approaches, then hand the winning ones to the rest of the team
- Work with the marketing and content team on collateral, campaigns and creatives that actually convert
- Contribute to overall sales strategy — segments, pricing conversations, target profile

Step up on the team

- Train and onboard new BD hires; help build the playbook they run on
- Mentor junior team members on call quality, email writing and objection handling
- Set the standard the rest of the team measures against





What We're Looking For

- 4 years in B2B sales, business development or lead generation — US market experience strongly preferred
- A track record of reaching stakeholders and decision-makers, and turning those conversations into deals
- Experience across sales and marketing-led lead generation, not just handed-over lists
- Creative thinking on outreach — we want approaches we haven't tried
- Excellent spoken and written English; you'll be dealing with US business owners daily
- Comfortable mentoring others and being looked to for answers
- Comfortable working US hours (night shift)
