n### About the Role

nAIS Technolabs is looking for a U.S.-focused B2B Growth & ABM Specialist to build and strengthen our U.S. outbound pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the U.S. B2B technology and IT services market and hands-on experience identifying target accounts, decision-makers, buying signals, and business opportunities.

nThis role is focused on ABM, demand generation, account research, outbound strategy, and pipeline creation. The candidate will work closely with the BDR and sales teams to convert targeted U.S. accounts into qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

n### Key Responsibilities

n

n Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for the U.S. market across relevant industries and company segments.

nIdentify and research U.S. target accounts, including mid-market and enterprise companies, and map key decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, VP Product, and other technology leaders.

n Build and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and targeted outbound campaigns for the U.S. market.

nIdentify buying signals such as technology modernization, AI adoption, cloud migration, funding, hiring activity, digital transformation,
