Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from insurance business stakeholders.
- Understand and document insurance processes, products, workflows, and business rules.
- Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
- Support digital insurance journeys including policy quotation, issuance, renewal, endorsement, claims, customer servicing, and payments.
- Coordinate requirements across web, mobile, backend APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Participate in requirement workshops,



walkthroughs, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.
- Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed processes.
- Support integration requirements involving insurance core systems, payment gateways, customer platforms, and external services.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
- Maintain requirement traceability and ensure scope alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare user guides, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials where required.
