Job Summary

Cadtrans Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Architectural & Structural modeller for BIM projects, manage modelling , coordinate with clients/consultants, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality BIM models and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Architectural and Structural BIM, client coordination, QA/QC, BIM coordination and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Architectural and Structural BIM projects and modelling teams.

Develop and review 3D BIM models, construction drawings, GFC drawings and technical documentation.

Manage Architectural and Structural BIM modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.

Coordinate with clients, architects, structural consultants and other project stakeholders.

Conduct regular model and drawing reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness and quality.

Manage BIM QA/QC and ensure compliance with project standards and client requirements.

Identify and resolve design, modelling and coordination issues.

Manage project revisions and incorporate client/consultant comments.

Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Conduct project coordination meetings and communicate technical requirements to the team.





Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM Engineers, BIM Modellers and junior team members.

Coordinate Architectural and Structural interfaces and support clash/coordination activities.

Support quantity checking, BOQ-related activities and project documentation wherever required.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and processes.

Good experience in Architectural & Structural BIM Modelling.

Experience in managing BIM teams and projects.

Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture and Revit Structure.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination tools.

Experience in GFC / Construction Drawings.

4D/5D knowledge.

Valuable understanding of BIM coordination and QA/QC processes.

Strong client and consultant coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E /Diploma. Civil Engineering / Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on large-scale building, infrastructure, commercial, residential, institutional or industrial projects will be preferred.
