DepartmentBIM / Technical DesignEmployment TypeFull-TimeReporting ToBIM Manager / Technical Director / Project DirectorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM / Revit Specialist to join our technical design and BIM team.The role is responsible for developing high-accuracy 3D BIM models, producing coordinated technical documentation, managing BIM workflows, supporting multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of project deliverables.The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM coordination, interior detailing and joinery, together with the technical judgement to independently analyse project information, develop solutions and deliver accurate documentation.The candidate will also be expected to lead and mentor team members, review technical output, coordinate with clients and consultants, and contribute to the continuous development of BIM best practices.1. BIM Modelling & Documentation

- Create accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for projects of varying sizes and technical complexities.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations and details from 3D BIM models.
- Apply advanced 3D parametric modelling techniques to maximise the benefits of an integrated building model.
- Produce coordinated technical documentation in accordance with project requirements and XBD standards.
- Clearly annotate, dimension and detail production drawings in line with XBD standards and practices.

1. Interior Detailing & Joinery

- Produce high-level interior detailing and joinery shop drawings.
- Apply a strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, interfaces and detailing principles.
- Develop technically accurate and practical drawings that translate design intent into buildable solutions.
- Analyse design information and develop drawings based on technical requirements rather than simply following drafting instructions.

1. Drawing & Sheet Management

- Set up and manage large drawing sheet sets for each project.
- Manage drawing revisions, markups and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure drawings are complete, coordinated and correctly formatted for issue.
- Plot and issue drawings in PDF, DWG and paper formats.

1. BIM Workflow & Coordination

- Assist with and direct BIM workflows across projects.
- Set up and apply shared coordinates for multiple models within a project.
- Coordinate multiple BIM models and support multidisciplinary collaboration.




- Use Navisworks and other relevant BIM coordination tools for multidisciplinary project coordination.
- Support model exchanges and ensure BIM information is coordinated and delivered in accordance with project requirements.

1. Client & Consultant Coordination

- Interface effectively with engineers, clients and other consultants through clear communication and accurate technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding BIM modelling content, modelling approaches, model exchanges, quality control and project deliverables.
- Identify and communicate technical and coordination issues and support their resolution.

1. 3D Views, Rendering & Graphics

- Create 3D views and renderings as required for project and marketing purposes.
- Prepare and manipulate appropriate rendering and graphic formats for project requirements.
- Produce clear visual outputs to support design communication and project presentations.

1. Technical Leadership & Quality Control

- Lead, guide and mentor BIM and technical team members.
- Review the technical output of team members and provide guidance to improve quality and accuracy.
- Perform quality checks on BIM models and drawings to ensure technical accuracy, coordination and completeness.
- Take full ownership and accountability for the quality and accuracy of assigned deliverables.
- Contribute to the continuous development and implementation of BIM best practices, standards and workflows.

1. Project Delivery

- Manage assigned BIM and drawing deliverables independently.
- Plan and prioritise work to meet demanding project timelines and deadlines.
- Work efficiently across projects with different scales and technical complexities.
- Understand project requirements and proactively determine the information, coordination and documentation required.
- Operate as a plug-and-play technical resource, capable of contributing immediately without extensive training or repeated briefing.

Requirements & Core Competencies
- Degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction / Building-related disciplines or another relevant technical field.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit,



AutoCAD and supporting technologies, with the ability to work independently and productively.
- Strong understanding of 3D parametric modelling, BIM workflows, model coordination and shared coordinates.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Proven experience in interior detailing and high-level joinery shop drawings.
- Strong understanding of the complete design and documentation process, from concept and detailed design through tender and construction documentation.
- Strong knowledge of drawing production, construction techniques and construction principles.
- Ability to analyse design requirements, exercise sound technical judgement, and develop technically appropriate and buildable solutions rather than simply following drafting instructions.
- Strong understanding of technical coordination and the ability to interface effectively with engineers, clients and other consultants.
- Ability to manage BIM and drawing deliverables independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting demanding project deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead, guide and mentor team members, including reviewing and improving the technical output of others.
- Excellent understanding of rendering, graphic formats, their manipulation and output, with the ability to create 3D views and renderings when required.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of ownership and accountability for the quality, accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
- Proactive approach to improving BIM workflows, standards, processes and technical output.
- Ability to operate as a plug-and-play resource, contributing immediately to active projects without extensive training or repeated briefing.

What We Are Looking For A technically solid BIM professional who can go beyond modelling and drafting to understand, develop, coordinate, review and deliver project information. The successful candidate should be capable of independently taking project information from design intent through detailed technical documentation, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, managing deliverables, supporting and mentoring the team, and maintaining a high standard of BIM and drawing quality. Salary starting from INR 1,00,000++
