Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Barista role based in Hauz Khas. The Senior Barista will spend time for R&D;, prepare and serve coffee and other beverages to company standards, including brewing, frothing, and presentation, while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. The role also involves working closely with the team, managing peak service times,



and supporting overall outlet operations as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess good Barista skills, including beverage preparation, coffee brewing techniques, and safe operation of coffee equipment.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to create welcoming, personalized experiences for guests.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating effectively with team members.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills related to beverages and accompanying items, with attention to hygiene and safety standards.
- Prior experience in a café, bar, or restaurant environment is preferred; basic knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle fast-paced service during peak hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
