An early-stage venture capital fund investing in revenue-generating tech startups - semiconductors, spacetech, AI, fintech, advanced electronics and robotics - is hiring a Senior Associate, reporting to the Director - Investments. In office.

Key responsibilities

- Source, screen and research startups - technology, business model, financials and competitive position

- Develop investment theses with founders; conduct deep dives pre- and post-investment

- Run industry research and value chain mapping using global and domestic sources

- Lead deal processes - diligence, financial modelling, term sheet negotiation and IC recommendations

- Support structuring and documentation with legal counsel

- Track portfolio performance and support companies on operations, growth and exit planning

- Build networks with founders, co-investors and accelerators to drive proprietary deal flow

Must have: 5+ years of direct VC investing in tech startups (pre-seed to Series A) with sourced and closed deals. Only traditional VC experience will be considered. Engineering degree preferred. Please include a 1-2 page note on a startup you would recommend for investment.
