nAbout the Role

nJSA Advocates & Solicitors is seeking talented and motivated legal professionals to join its General Corporate practice as an Associate or Senior Associate. The role offers an chance to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), Private Equity (PE), and Venture Capital (VC), advising leading businesses, investors, and institutions.

nWhat You’ll Do

n

n
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A;, private equity investments, venture capital transactions, and related corporate restructuring.
n
- Conduct legal due diligence and identify key legal, regulatory, and commercial risks.
n
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, including Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, and other ancillary documents.
n
- Assist in structuring and executing complex corporate transactions.
n
- Work closely with clients, partners,



and multidisciplinary teams to deliver commercially sound legal solutions.
n
- Manage transaction timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to the successful closing of deals.
n

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n
- 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) in General Corporate, M&A;, PE, or VC transactions.
n
- Prior experience with a leading law firm, preferably a Tier 1 law firm.
n
- Strong understanding of corporate laws, transactional documentation, and due diligence processes.
n
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
