The Category I investment banking arm of a listed financial services group, part of a global cross-border M&A; advisory network, is hiring Associates and Senior Associates for M&A;, capital raise and restructuring advisory.
Key responsibilities
- Run financial analysis, due diligence, research, modelling and documentation on live transactions
- Prepare and review collaterals - information memoranda, models and pitch books
- Support pitches with research reports, weekly updates and newsletters
- Participate across the deal cycle - origination, pitching, execution and negotiation
- Manage timelines and quality of deliverables; maintain sector databases
- Generate leads through outreach and external events; work with the global network on cross-border M&A;
Ideally part of 1-2 deal closures in the past 2 years in Healthcare or Consumer. Robust financial modelling required; candidates from top-tier broking houses preferred.
