About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept development through execution, coordinating with internal teams and consultants, and ensuring that designs are practical, functional, and aligned with project requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings, materials, construction details, and site coordination, along with the ability to independently manage projects and guide junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural projects from concept design to execution , ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Develop and review architectural plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings .
- Prepare and review construction drawings and ensure accuracy of dimensions, specifications, and detailing.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams .
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings and design standards.
- Identify design or execution issues at site and provide practical solutions.
- Review materials, finishes, and construction details in coordination with the project team.
- Ensure that architectural drawings are properly coordinated with structural and MEP requirements.
- Manage project timelines, drawing schedules, revisions, and deliverables.




- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions when required.
- Review drawings prepared by junior architects and provide necessary guidance and corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project-related information.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, codes, and project requirements.
- Support the team in resolving technical and design-related issues during execution.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing .
- Excellent understanding of working drawings and architectural documentation .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, construction methods, and site execution.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to independently handle projects and lead a team.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in architecture and project execution.
- Experience in handling projects independently from design development to execution will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong site coordination and working-drawing experience are encouraged to apply.
