Job Summary:

NSL Infratech is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage architectural design and coordination for Real Estate Projects (high-rise residential, commercial IT buildings, and Villas) in Hyderabad. The role involves design development, consultant coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered as per quality, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Management

- Lead concept design, schematic design, and design development

- Review and finalize architectural drawings, layouts, and design standards

- Ensure design compliance with client requirements and project objectives

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and internal project teams

- Ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP designs

- Resolve design-related issues during project execution

Execution Support

- Provide architectural inputs during project execution stage

- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings

- Support project teams in resolving on-site design challenges

Regulatory &

- Approvals

- Manage statutory approvals and liaison with local authorities

- Ensure compliance with building codes, NBC norms, and local regulations

- Review and approve drawings for submission





Planning &

- Quality Control

- Ensure adherence to design timelines and project schedules

- Maintain design quality standards across projects

- Review material specifications and finishing standards

Stakeholder Management

- Interact with clients, consultants, and senior management

- Present design concepts and progress updates

- Manage multiple projects across different locations

- Exposure to high-rise residential, commercial IT buildings, and villa projects

- Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects across locations

- Strong understanding of design standards and execution challenges
