nAbout the Role:

nWe’re seeking a Senior Architect to lead design from concept to construction documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and deliver buildable, compliant designs across multiple project types. BIM/Revit is a must, and experience with healthcare projects is a valuable plus.

nKey Responsibilities:

n

- Lead design development through detailed design and construction documentation, ensuring design intent, quality, and constructability.
n
- Create and review plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and technical drawings; coordinate with structural, MEPF, interiors, and landscape consultants.
n
- Manage multidisciplinary coordination, resolve design conflicts, and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
n
- Contribute to interior planning, finishes, furniture layouts, and space planning when needed.
n
- Present design concepts and progress to clients; lead design reviews and site visits.
n




- Mentor junior architects and support QA/QC of project documentation.
n
- Drive BIM-based modeling, coordination, and documentation across all disciplines.
n

nRequirements:

n

n
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent; licensure preferred.
n
- 8+ years of professional architecture experience with a track record of leading projects.
n
- Experience in healthcare architecture is an added advantage.
n
- BIM/Revit experience is mandatory; strong capability in multidisciplinary coordination within BIM workflows.
n
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign, 3D visualization/rendering tools, and Microsoft Office.
n
- Solid understanding of building planning, construction methods, materials, and detailing; robust design development and documentation skills.
n
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management abilities; ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines.
n
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
