- Excellent technical as well as practical knowledge.
- Good statutory requirement knowledge like NBC, Bylaw etc
- Preference for experience in developers office
- Co-ordination with all external consultants on board
- Co-ordination with Execution team , site visits for design accuracy check
- Consolidate all architectural requirements and specifications, documentation & record keeping effective communication skills to co-ordinate with all consultants on board
- Valuable Knowledge of Autocad, Sketch up , MS office
