We are hiring experienced AR Callers with hands-on experience in US Healthcare Hospital Billing (HB)
The candidate will be responsible for AR follow-up, claim status verification, denial management, insurance calling, and resolving outstanding claims.
Role & responsibilities
- Follow up on hospital billing claims and AR.
- Check claim status on payer portals.
- Review unpaid and denied claims.
- Analyse EOBs/ERAs and resolve issues.
- Handle appeals, corrections, and resubmissions.
- Call insurance companies for claim follow-up.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of Hospital Billing (UB 04) experience.
- Experience in AR Calling and Denials Management preferred.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare, EPIC, payer portals, UB-04, CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and medical terminology.
- Robust communication and follow-up skills.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary:
Up to 50,000 Gross
- Take-Home: Up to 48,000
- Incentives: Up to 5,000
