Role & responsibilities

- Perform automated and manual security testing of applications, APIs, and code.

- Support AI initiatives by establishing secure development practices and safeguards.

- Administer and maintain application security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets detection).

- Collaborate with developers to remediate vulnerabilities and integrate security into workflows.

- Contribute to security engineering automation and DevSecOps practices.

- Research emerging threats, tools, and techniques to improve processes.

- Prioritize and track remediation efforts with development teams.

- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).

Preferred candidate profile

- 5 to 8 years of experience in application security, secure software development, or QA automation.

- Hands-on development experience (.NET, Angular, C#, JavaScript preferred).

- Solid knowledge of web application vulnerabilities and remediation methods.

- Experience with security testing tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).

- Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform).

- Familiarity with Azure environments and CI/CD platforms.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
