Role & responsibilities :

- Build Cross-Platform Apps: Design and code responsive apps for Android using Kotlin / Flutter and Dart.

- • Leverage Native Code: Use Kotlin Native for platform-specific modules, performance optimization, and hardware integration via platform channels.

- • Implement Clean Architecture: Apply design patterns like MVVM, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod for clean, maintainable codebases

- • Communicating with product and engineering leads to implement business and project objectives.

- • Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.

Preferred candidate profile

- Preferred:

- • Expert Dart & Flutter: Deep knowledge of the Dart language, Flutter framework, widget lifecycles, and state management solutions (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider).

- • Expert Native Platform: Solid understanding of Android (Java/Kotlin) development concepts and UI guidelines. Deep knowledge of up-to-date Kotlin, Coroutines, Flow, Jetpack Compose, and native Android architecture components.

- • Design Patterns: Mastery of clean architecture, MVVM, SOLID principles, and micro-frontends.

- • API Integration:



Expertise in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets with secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT).

- • Data Storage: Experience with local databases and caching strategies using Hive, SQLite, Room, or CoreData.

- • App Store Deployment: Complete familiarity with Google Play Store publishing processes.

- Good to Have:

- • Performance Tuning: Proficient in using DevTools to diagnose memory leaks, optimize rendering, and reduce app launch times.

- • CI/CD & DevOps: Hands-on experience setting up automated pipelines using Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or Jenkins.

- • Compose Multiplatform (CMP): Hands-on experience building shared user interfaces across Android and iOS using Compose Multiplatform.

- • Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) / Kotlin Native: Hands-on experience sharing business logic across iOS and Android platforms using KMP.

- • Native iOS Development: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Swift and Objective-C to troubleshoot iOS-specific build issues or native integrations.
