What You’ll Do

- This position is primarily responsible for PTP functional production support and manage Techno-Functional issues, participate in Oracle Financial Implementations and lead Markview admin activities
- This role will be specifically to deliver all the tasks as part of global Markview admin SPOC
- This role will require working closely with IT organizations on Markview support, conversion of New Sites, LES initiatives, Oracle to SAP conversions, system upgrades, participate in RPA initiatives, CI Projects and any other system enhancement Projects in GC PTP process
- As a Functional production support Analyst, the primary task would be liaising with global PTP process teams and prod support teams to address any process and system related issues, IT requirement gatherings, Future State design to ensure adherence to GC global design for PTP, Data conversion & validation, Unit Testing, UAT, Production & post go-live support
- This position would also be responsible for providing necessary Techno-Functional Support to GC users on the day-to-day queries including month ends & system issues and would liaise with Technical Team on the queries & issues requiring IT support
- As part of the system enhancement & production support responsibilities, this position will take care of preparing various documents like BR100s, MD50, Test Scripts, Test plans and will work with Technical Team to support on POCs,SIT &
- Production deployments during the Project lifecycle. Additionally, this role would also be actively involved in RPA and CI initiatives projects and also to share best practices and learnings across all regions.

Functional Production Support
- Markview knowledge and be able to handle end to end Markview activities. This includes Markview day to day activities, Markview configurations, Corodinating with Tungsten and technical team for all Markview related issues, testings and trainings
- EDI functional support




- PTP AP Functional Production support of GC Pune for Oracle ERP and provide seamless support to GC Teams and Operations by effective resolution of the Cases, delivery of functional trainings & system enhancements
- RPA initiatives and any other similar integration projects from Functional standpoint
- Provide subject matter expertise in GC applications and serves as the bridge between the Finance team and IT technical teams
- Execute and test approved changes in coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA) Test team, GC Process teams, and IT teams.
- Interpret business requirements and technical/functional design documents in order to adequately address risks/changes and effectively develop a test plan, scenarios, test cases and scripts

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 08-10 years of total experience in finance domain
- Knowledge of PTP and RTR
- Good experience of Oracle ERP
- Good exposure to Markview
- Experience of EDI
- Working experience of Oracle PTP configurations
- Working Experience of Project Implementations
- Hands on experience on custom solutions: R12, Interfaces,RPA etc.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, Sound knowledge of Business compliances
- SQL
