Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines covering data ingestion, training, validation, model packaging, deployment, monitoring and retraining.Productionize ML and AI models developed by Data Science/ML teams.Build automated CI/CD and CT (Continuous Training) pipelines.Implement model versioning, experiment tracking and model registry using MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker or Azure ML., for example, emphasizes SageMaker, MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, model deployment/monitoring/retraining, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS and Terraform.

Bengaluru AI/MLOps platform role emphasizes MLflow/Kubeflow, Kubernetes, IaC, GitOps, GenAI/LLMOContainerize ML/AI workloads using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes/EKS/AKS/GKE.Develop model-serving APIs using Python, FastAPI/Flask.Implement model monitoring, data/concept drift detection,



performance monitoring and alerting.Build observability using Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch/Azure Monitor or equivalent.Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform / CloudFormation / Bicep.Work with AWS/Azure/GCP ML services such as SageMaker, Azure ML and Vertex AI.Establish security, governance, access control and deployment standards for production AI systems.Optimize model inference for latency, throughput and cloud/GPU cost.Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps and Product teams.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture and technical design.
