Job Title: Senior Advocate – Real Estate & Construction(8+ Company experience require)

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Advocate to join our legal team, specializing in real estate and construction law. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of property laws, construction regulations, and contract law. The Senior Advocate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance on real estate transactions, construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including land acquisition, leasing, and property development.

· Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

· Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation related to real estate and construction disputes.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations affecting real estate and construction projects.

· Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate legal risks during the construction process.





· Lead and mentor junior legal staff and associates.

· Handle dispute resolution and manage relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.

· Stay updated on changes in real estate, construction laws, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

· LLB/LLM from a recognized university.

· Minimum of 8+ years of experience in real estate and construction law.

· Strong knowledge of property laws, construction regulations, and contract law.

· Proven track record in handling complex legal matters in real estate and construction.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

· Robust leadership and team management capabilities.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
