We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Agent Developer to design, build, test and deploy production-grade AI agents and agentic workflows that solve real business problems. This is a senior developer role focused on building solutions, not a solution architect position.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and deploy AI agents, copilots and agentic workflows on enterprise platforms such as AWS AgentCore / Bedrock and Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop multi-agent solutions using orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or similar), with state management, memory, routing and human-in-the-loop controls
- Design and implement RAG solutions, covering knowledge ingestion, embeddings, vector search, retrieval optimization and source attribution
- Build MCP-enabled integrations and robust tool/function calling to connect agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases and cloud services
- Implement guardrails and test solutions against hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage and misuse
- Set up monitoring and observability for agent quality, cost, performance and adoption




- Build reusable components, prompts and connectors with strong code quality, testing and documentation
- Work with business, product, data, security and platform teams to deliver measurable outcomes

Must-Have Skills

- 7-10 years in software engineering, automation, data or AI application development
- Strong hands-on GenAI / LLM application development experience, with at least one solution taken from prototype to production
- Hands-on with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen or Semantic Kernel
- Practical RAG experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, OpenSearch, pgvector or Azure AI Search
- Experience with AWS Bedrock / AgentCore and/or Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience with MCP, tool/function calling and API integrations
- Robust programming skills (Python preferred)

Good to Have

- Guardrails, responsible AI practices and evaluation frameworks
- Observability tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse or CloudWatch
- Prior experience in regulated or enterprise environments (BFSI preferred)
- Background in RPA / intelligent automation
