Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage end-to-end admissions processes for design and architecture coaching programs, including inquiry handling, prospect follow-up, and conversion activities. This full time, on-site role is based in Kozhikode and involves meeting prospective learners and families, conducting counseling sessions, explaining course offerings, fees, and admission procedures, and guiding them in selecting suitable programs.

The counselor will maintain accurate records of leads and enrollments, coordinate with academic teams on batch planning, and support orientation and information sessions.



Daily responsibilities also include responding to phone, email, and walk-in queries, participating in outreach and promotional events, and assisting with basic administrative tasks related to admissions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to counsel learners and families effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to nurture leads, present program benefits clearly, and achieve enrollment targets ethically.
- Candidates should possess Education-related understanding or experience, preferably in coaching, counseling, or academic programs for competitive exams.
- Relevant experience in admissions counseling, student guidance, or education sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, CRM or spreadsheets) and comfort with phone and online communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, counseling, or business is an advantage.
