- Lead admissions for Engineering program

- Drive and achieve admission & enrolment targets.

- Manage and mentor the Admissions Counselling Team.

- Oversee the complete lead-to-enrolment process.

- Handle student and parent counselling and conversions.

- Develop relationships with schools, colleges and education partners.

- Drive outreach activities, seminars, education fairs and admission events.

- Monitor CRM, lead follow-ups and conversion performance.

- Prepare admissions MIS and management reports.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Academics and Finance teams.

Work Location: In person
