Key Responsibilities
1. Diagnose And Resolve Hardware, Software, Network, And Configuration Issues In Lab Equipment And Networks, Ensuring Uninterrupted Operations And Optimal Performance For Assigned Projects.
- Implement And Enable New Subnet Access In The Lab Gateway In Accordance With Project Specifications, Facilitating Seamless Connectivity For Testing And Validation Activities.
- Design And Prepare The Test Bed Topology Setup Based On Project Requirements, Ensuring Readiness For Testing Phases And Enhancing Experimental Accuracy.
- Address And Resolve Day-To-Day Lab-Related Issues Promptly, Maintaining Minimal Downtime And Ensuring That Project Timelines Are Met Efficiently.
- Manage And Maintain An Accurate Inventory Of Lab Equipment Across All Facilities, Ensuring Availability, Proper Functioning, And Adherence To Project Needs.
Skill Requirements
1. Solid Understanding Of Product Support Processes And Methodologies.
- Proficiency In Diagnosing Technical Issues Across Hardware, Software, And Network Systems.
- Familiarity With Subnet Configuration And Network Gateway Management.
- Basic Knowledge Of Test Bed Topology Design And Setup Principles.
- Good Organizational Skills For Inventory Management And Tracking Of Lab Equipment.
