We are seeking experts with solid hands-on experience in Metal 3D Printing / Metal Additive Manufacturing to support advanced engineering and product development initiatives.

n? Role: Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer

n? Experience: 10 – 15 Years

n? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / M.E./M.Tech – Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Aerospace, Production Engineering

n? Employment Type: Full-Time

n✅ Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide technical leadership for Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) projects and engineering initiatives.
n
- Support component design, redesign, and optimization for metal 3D printing applications.
n
- Develop manufacturable solutions using Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles.
n
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to execute AM projects.
n
- Evaluate component suitability and drive part consolidation opportunities.
n
- Support build preparation, process planning, and manufacturing feasibility assessments.
n
- Execute engineering activities within project schedules, quality requirements, and management frameworks.
n
- Review and validate AM designs, manufacturing methods, and technical deliverables.
n
- Support prototype development, qualification,



validation, and production readiness activities.
n
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AM best practice development.
n

n

n?️ Skills Required

n

n
- Strong expertise in Metal Additive Manufacturing / Metal 3D Printing.
n
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as:
n
- SLM (Selective Laser Melting)
n
- DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering)
n
- LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion)
n
- EBM (Electron Beam Melting)
n
- Strong knowledge of DfAM (Design for Additive Manufacturing).
n
- Experience in metal AM materials including:
n
- Titanium Alloys
n
- Inconel
n
- Stainless Steel
n
- Aluminum Alloys
n
- Nickel-Based Superalloys
n
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
n
- Knowledge of build orientation, support generation, topology optimization, and lattice structures.
n
- Understanding of post-processing, heat treatment, machining, and inspection requirements for metal AM parts.
n
- Strong engineering analysis and problem-solving skills.
n
