About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive Finance with strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Inventory Accounting, from a product-based, manufacturing, engineering or trading organisation. The role will involve managing day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, compliance and financial reporting while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Accounts Receivable, invoicing, receipts and customer reconciliations

- Track AR ageing and coordinate collections

- Handle inventory accounting, COGS and inventory reconciliations

- Support GST, taxation, customs/SVB and import-export compliance

- Support month-end/year-end closing and audit requirements

- Prepare financial reports, schedules and reconciliations

- Work on ERP systems and advanced Excel

- Support process improvement and automation initiatives

Candidate Requirements





- CA Inter / CMA Inter + 1-2 years post-articleship OR B.Com/M.Com + 4-6 years relevant experience

- Strong experience in AR & Inventory Accounting

- Mandatory: Experience in a product-based company

- Preferred background in Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial Products / Trading

- Positive knowledge of GST, taxation and reconciliations

- Hands-on ERP and MS Excel experience

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
