Senior Accounts Manager / Accounts Controller

Location: Noida, Delhi NCR

Experience: 5+ years preferred

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts professional to oversee our accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide and review the existing accounts team and ensure accounting practices are correct.
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules, GST, TDS & TCS.
- Oversee bookkeeping, purchase/sales accounting, debit/credit notes and journal entries.
- Reconcile customer, vendor, transporter and bank ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify invoices, e-way bills, LR/freight documents and accounting entries.
- Identify, investigate and correct accounting errors and recurring issues.
- Ensure correct freight, TDS/TCS, GST and other financial treatments.




- Establish better accounting controls and processes and advise management on improvements.
- Track unresolved discrepancies and ensure timely closure.
- Practical understanding of Kacha & Pakka Hisab is preferred.

We need someone who can review the overall accounts function, identify what is wrong, guide the team on how to fix it, and proactively improve the system — not just someone who passes entries. Qualification: CA / CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com with strong practical experience.

Skills: Tally/ERP, bookkeeping, reconciliation, GST, TDS/TCS and financial controls.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and capability.

Pay: ₹16,821.21 - ₹46,951.96 per month
