Role & responsibilities:-

Job Location - Hyderabad (Onsite)

Shift Timing - Night shift 6:30 pm to 3:30 am

Immediate joiner preferred

Cab Facility - Yes

Job Summary:

A candidate should be proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in payment application, invoicing, and aging follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and effective communication abilities to manage AR processes accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
- Generate and send invoices in a timely manner to clients.
- Perform regular aging analysis and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer account records in the accounting system.




- Assist in monthly closing and reporting related to AR.
- Support audit and compliance requirements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically in:
- Cash Payment application
- Invoicing
- Aging follow-ups
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
