We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the Accounts & Finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
- Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments, and accounting-related matters.
- Assist auditors by providing required documents and information.
- Monitor and maintain accurate accounting records in the accounting software.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, testing laboratory, service, or corporate accounting will be an added advantage.
