Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based at the Radcliffe School campus in Indore. This position is responsible for guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, conducting campus tours, and organizing information sessions. The counselor will review applications, assess suitability based on school criteria, and provide explicit, empathetic communication at each stage of enrollment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate admissions records, collaborating with academic and administrative teams, supporting outreach campaigns, and contributing to strategies that strengthen enrolment and community engagement.



The role also involves meeting admissions targets, providing excellent service to families, and representing Radcliffe’s values and educational philosophy in all interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide a supportive, responsive, and welcoming admissions experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage inquiries, follow up leads, and help meet enrolment goals in an ethical, learner-focused manner.
- Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience, preferably in school or academic admissions settings.
- Relevant experience in admissions, counseling, or student services, ideally in K-12 or similar educational institutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple priorities, and use admissions or CRM software and basic office tools efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a data-informed approach to tracking prospects and conversions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
